10 important Notes for (Stone Throwers & The Stoned) plus: The Relieve and The Relief; the two end benefits!
1. Have a clean conscience: diagnose your intentions; it will enable the right mind-set. For me,
this is the first requirement for doing good, if your conscience condemn you
not. If you are out to do good and if your good works must be evaluated and rewarded as good deed, then your
conscience must have need go through the blood (the cleansing from dead works) for
supernatural liberation. I have always said to the flock of JESUS under my
watch; don’t be trapped in dead conscience. You cannot continue feeling guilty
always for the paid back evil; feel free
of guilt or responsibility. Someone said that the only way you can truly ensure your conscience isn't trapping you and
forcing you to sacrifice your own happiness for helping others is to expose
yourself to different people. Having a good conscience; that,
whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that
falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ. For it is better, if the
will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing. 1 Peter 3:16. It takes a liberated
conscience to stay on doing good even when the stones are thrown at you for doing
it. “How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit
offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to
serve the living God?” Hebrews 9:14.
It takes the blood of Jesus Christ to have the enabled conscience to engage in
the act of benevolence and not just having a good heart or conscience. Have a
clean conscience and be enabled by the blood of Jesus Christ to enjoy doing
good despite stones thrown at you in Jesus name Amen.
2. Don’t discriminate in
administering your good deeds. “How God
anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about
doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with
him.” Acts 10:38
healing “all”; the above Scripture is the model. First, it begins with the
members of the household of faith, despite a man’s enemy being first members of
his household. Where you hold is where you have your stake(s) and that is your
house; Galatians 6:10 Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially
to those who are of
the household of faith.
3. It will attract envy and
jealousy: the story of Mary Magdalene
fits-in here; they find it difficult to do good, but she heard, came and did
the needful to facilitate a Kingdom assignment and here sat full of envy and
jealousy to condemn her prophetic gesture and good works on the Lord. Mark 14:3-9 and Luke 7:37, most times
you will be stoned with envy and jealousy from those who have no investment of
any good but religion and unprofitable traditions. Take note also that this
group of folks who feel cool to condemn and criticize your good works and
enviously try to make it look like an advice of good intention will always be
“them”. Watch out also for them, most of them are those familiar with you and
feel they should be the ones doing the good works you are doing or have done
and not you even though they have refused to do what it right. Remain focused
and don’t get distracted.
4. You are fashioned and
designed to do it: doing
good or good works are default and inbuilt in every born again child of God and
Christian believers. Whenever you do good against all odds and criticisms, and
with a good conscience, the two prophetic end benefits is released cheaply; relieve to you and relief to the beneficiary. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ
Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained
that we should walk in them; Ephesians
2:10. By virtue of our DNA we are preordained and ordained, it’s a divine
design, no matter how difficult the devil try so hard to make doing good
impossible, we can afford not to engage in good work. We are born and born
again for this very purpose knowing that every good deed done dispels bad
works, dead works and evil activities.
5. You must not be
discouraged because of stones; Jesus
was not discouraged, He went ahead doing good healing the sick and delivering
the oppressed most of which were part of those who tried to stone Him even
crucify Him, yet He continued. Galatians
6:9 And let
us not be weary
in well doing: for in due season we shall
reap, if we faint not. Stone throwers should not discourage you from doing
good, that Mary Magdalene was attacked by those religious and good for nothing
folks, did not disconnect nor discourage her from fogging ahead in doing what
was prophetically in order for her life and that of the Master. Please, do not
stop, continue doing good and do not forget the end results to both sides from
number 4 above; relieve to you and relief
to the beneficiary.
6.
You have a crown of honour here on earth and
the crown of glory with the Father in Heaven. 1 Peter 5:1-4 “The elders which are among you I exhort, who
am also an elder, and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a
partaker of the glory that shall be revealed: Feed the flock of God which
is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly;
not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind; Neither as being lords over
God’s heritage, but being ensamples to the flock. And when the chief
Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away.
7.
Accommodate and Evaluate stones; again, do not throw back stones thrown at you, accommodate and
evaluate them for prophetic use and most importantly, they are the validation
of your results and impact. Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place
unto wrath: for it
is
written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. See the
validation of our Lord Jesus Christ in Matthew 3:17 “And lo a voice from heaven, saying,
This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” And Apostle Peter reveals
in 1 Peter 2:23 what qualified and
validated the Lord’s calling as recorded in Acts 10:38; see now 1 Peter
2:23, “Who, when he was reviled, reviled not
again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself
to him that judgeth righteously:” Stones validates the calling to doing good,
if the enemy enters certain folks to attack your good deeds, resist the enemy
and deliver the vulnerable vessels used. Jesus accommodated stones with the
tool of divine wisdom and today, we are empowered to do likewise especially to
the members of the household of faith.
8. The more good you do, the
more good doors are opened for you to do more. Matthew 25:17 And likewise he that had received two, he also gained
other two and in verse Matthew 25:23 His lord said unto him, Well done, good
and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make
thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
9. Seek God’s Glory and not
yours: don’t make the mistakes of
seeking self-glory when you set out to do good because God will not share His
glory with man or His praise with graven images. If you are stoned for seeking
your own glory, you suffer for nothing sake. So be sensitive to mind your
dispositions and intentions, this is very important. Isaiah 42:8, I am the Lord: that is my name: and my glory will I
not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.
10. The
instruction is clear; do it to the members of the household of faith and
don’t forget also that a man’s enemies are first members of his household (that
is, the same group of people you are sent to, so be ready and be consistent).
Again, you are either building with the stone in your heart or you are
destroying with the stones from your mouth. Galatians 6:10 Therefore, as we have
opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who
are of the household of faith. In conclusion, review
always 1-9 above even as you rehearses number 10.
This is the PART 3: Anticipate
Part 4..Thank You for coming up here with us on this timely topic: The 10 notes to take both
for (stone throwers
and the stoned) and the 12 prophetic kinds of stones and their values and
relevance. The 2 end benefits of doing good. What is doing good and ofcourse
what a stone is by definition?
GOD Bless
you richly.
